Hardness testing of metallic materials
Dufková, Hana ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to define and describe the hardness of material, possibilities of its testing, including the history and development of individual tests of hardness. The practical part of this work consists of the application of some of these tests on selected samples, including the evaluation of the results.
Hardness and scratch resistance measurement using universal tribometer
Urbášek, Jan ; Galas, Radovan (referee) ; Omasta, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a hardness and scratch resistance measurement. These tests are normally performed using special devices. From a design point of view, these tests can also be performed using universal tribometers, but they do not have implemented tools for subsequent measurement evaluation. The main goal of the work was to develop a methodical procedure including evaluation of these tests. The methodological procedures were subsequently verified by several experiments.
Measuring hardness and final data base management.
Kopřiva, Antonín ; Píška, Miroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to present basic hardness tests with paying atten-tion to evaluation of these tests. A few kinds of materials will be chosen, on which convenient hardness tests will be realized.
Analysis of mechanical properties of plastic samples produced by 3D printing technology
Jiroušek, Jan ; Joska, Zdeněk (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The master's thesis deals with the determination of mechanical properties of materials used for 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA). The theoretical part contains characteristics of polymer materials and describes testing of mechanical properties and additive technologies. In the experimental part, the standardized samples produced by the technology Fused Filament Fabrication were analysed using mechanical tests (tensile test and hardness test). Some of the examples were exposed to the selected factors of degradation. Selected parameters from mechanical testing (tensile strength, modulus of elasticity in tension, elongation and Shore hardness) were statistically processed. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the impact of the factors of degradation on particular materials and compares them subsequently.
